Directed by Jeffrey Soffer, who serves as CEO and Chairman, Fontainebleau is known for being at the nexus of Miami’s booming culinary scene. At the direction of culinary celebrities from around the globe, Fontainebleau offers 12 fine dining and casual restaurants, bars and lounges.
Having built its reputation in the United Kingdon, Hakkasan is recognized as the pioneering concept that changed the face of Chinese cuisine. Since 2003, the Michelin starred London location has set the standard for Chinese fare and haute Chinois interior design. The award-winning restaurant made its U.S. debut in 2009 at Fontainebleau.
Although Hakkasan is rooted in China’s culinary traditions, the restaurant’s philosophy and cuisine are by no means conventional. The menu exercises an interesting eclecticism in its culinary class.
Offering Modern Chinese fare paired with a diverse menu of New World wines and sake, Hakkasan has been applauded by the community. The ultra-chic spot received an AAA Four Diamond Award as well as a Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator in 2014.
